Great app, and wonderful service. I needed an app that has options to customise and this team has been very easy to work with.

This app has a bit of a learning curve if you are not familiar with API's and such, however the support staff and developers at the help desk are amazing! They were very patient with me and troubleshooted the issues I was having until I got it resolved. Highly recommend this app! Great for local deliveries and pick up locations.

A very helpful & useful app for all Shopify owners - a must download for owners who are looking to do scheduled delivery/pickup. App was easy to install & many ways to customise to widget too without any additional charge. Best of all - the developers & DingDoong team (big shoutout to Tracy <3) for being so prompt, nice & patient and more importantly so helpful & efficient to solve an issue which I caused. Ding Dong helps us to plan our production and gives the customer more safety and planning certainty. The customer service is very friendly and trys to help you in time. There wasn't a problem which couldn't be solved, even with customization in shopify templates.

i would gladly give it a high review. but when i use the app. it actually a paid version and not the free? something is fishy with this. same minute when i installed the app. i got notification that i paid the app. not a trial version. i even deleted the app within the hour too. i can't trust this team. where's my refund. update: i have received their email and sent the refund immediately. i want to suggest them to start it at the free trial instead of the paid options on the approval. on testing apps. website app tests in shopify are all free that's why i approved it without reading. just edit the options for easy trial for all. thanks

i'm using the pickup function for my products, its working well but I had some troubles repeatedly. The help center is kind and solved it every time but it's exhausting.

Good Service, But need one more validation, If directly buy the item and then it redirect onto the checkout screen I can not see the delivery date option. If it is required there should be the delivery date option before checkout or on checkout.. And also please confirm is this for the mobile apps as well?
