App does not work with third-party page builders and absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THIRD-PARTY PAGE BUILDERS. Also terrible customer service, I reached out about an issue with having the upload container not show up on my GemPages Homepage, the 'support' team in short said it wasn't their problem then didn't respond.

I like that the app allows our customers to upload up to six images per product (which is the maximum for us). We print the images on framed metal plates and it would be nice if our customers could also see their photos inside the various frame options.

Great app! We needed some customization and the ShopPad guys - Alan in particular - were awesome. Provided exactly what we required in only one day for the simple $20 White Glove Service charge. These guys are awesome! Still using 3 years later and experience has been the same. Fast response and assistance from their support team.

I would like to request an extra 2 weeks of the free trial if possible? My store launch got delayed by 2 weeks because of my Instagram getting blocked - would greatly appreciate an extra 2 weeks of this trial if possible? I would love to know how to attached the uploaded file into the confirmation email and check out image as well?

This app works great for our team. We are using it to accept customer files for custom decals and other merchandise. Their expert install service was also excellent. Great app. Its very easy for our customer to upload photos so we can custom print merchandise. Customer service is GREAT. Just be aware of the Pacific Time Zone.

I am already using this app for my second store. Support helps with installation and setup within hours and it works very well.

The app is GREAT. It allows our customers to upload images so we can make custom products for them. This is one of our biggest revenue streams. The team at ShopPad has always been great to work with for any questions and or integrations I need. You won't go wrong by using any of their apps.
