I had a question and Holden from customer service got back to me within minutes, even though it was weekend and I didn't expect to get an answer until Monday. He was so helpful! we used them for many widgets all in one including the reviews. the ONLY missing would be great to have a live customer support chat option.

Looks and integrates well with our shopify store! It's easy to use + very reasonably priced. I had a little trouble adding the stars to our collection page and Holden helped out very quickly as well as made some other tweaks to match our store's theme as well. Definitely would recommend Fera

Exactly what my Store needed, easy to shoot out review prompts to customers who made purchases. Offering an incentive was the best feature.

Absolutely love this app! So many options to get AMAZING results. I use this app for multiple aspects of my store including reviews, product view counter, purchase pop ups, upselling products, sale countdowns and so much more. Whenever I've needed some coding/ css help the Fera team has been amazing, responding almost instantly. High recommend this app!

Having a hard time getting it to work on my Wix website. The features seems amazing but I just can't get it to show on my site. Everything is activated and live with reviews. On my Wix dashboard, it still shows "incomplete setup" when everything is set and ready to go. Lets hope it just a bug.

Aesthetically pleasing, looks great with my general theme. Had to trial a few different apps til I found this one but I am really pleased I did.

Great customer service. They helped me out when they did not have too so it was very much appreciated it saved me a lot of time. Also they don't 'close' the chat box if you don't respond immediately. They leave the communication open so you can respond to them when you can which is really nice! not many services do that.

It's a great app so far, I have no clue what else to tell you because I started using it 5 min ago. Also, strange that you can't see the products your customers reviewed on Etsy, I can't really put them in anywhere just have to put them in main page.

Really happy with the program, made my life easier to transfer my Etsy reviews to my shop. Definitely recommend

Easy to sync with Google my Business and Facebook Page reviews, easy to configure. Seems to offer all the functionality we need.

Don't even bother using the "free plan" you only get 1 widget so a product can even have the ratings and reviews at the same time. Waste of time.

I had a problem with the integration of product reviews, they fixed the problem quickly :) Thanks again!
