We've been using this great app for a while now, and I personally love the timer (to create an urgency) feature :)

I had lots of customization wishes and the support helped me quickly, with every single request I had. Besides that, the app works really well! I definetely recommend Fera.

I've tried many review apps, this one is very simply to use and the functions are very nice. Highly recommend!

works fine, a bit expince but i fell like its worth it. Its easy to use even if you cant code tho if you are able to code thats a help

amazing app must have if you want your reviews to be organized better. also theres a free option which is convenient.

Very intuitive interface with good functionalities. Also, the mailings are also compatible with Outlook which is very nice.

Seems easy enough to use but can't work out how to display my reviews, otherwise would recommend. xxxx

Fera has been an excellent product review platform for my team and I. The transition was seamless and straight forward. The reviews come out perfectly on my website and fit well with my theme. I love it!

Amazing and support. They support multi-lingual reviews for my store and helped me integrate it very fast. They offer a one-year free upgrade which is incredible and have never seen here on shopify. So I really recommend using it especially as the app integrates great with the theme and you can customize it fully. For some customizations they did it on the css back end without charging me. other apps charge for deeper customization. overall best decision made so far. you can integrate also with smile or soon to come bon loyalty app. I use bon loyalty app due to its multi-lingual suppport. All of the support of fera was amazing 24/7, especially Roel, Kime etc. thank you all!

I recently bought a t-shirt from this ecommerce store and I'm so impressed with the quality of the product. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and the print is vibrant and doesn't fade after washing. I've already received compliments on it and will definitely be buying more

The app has been wonderful so far. Easy to use on the backend, easy to customize on the site and the customer service has been super helpful. I originally installed it in wix and then when I migrated to Shopify they were really helpful in that process. I highly recommend this one.

Super happy with Fera Reviews! The app is intuitive and easy to use. Customer support is awesome and helped import my existing reviews so setup was easy. I especially love the functionality. I can easily view the que of review request emails, and know exactly where everything is at. The widgets and customizable features are great too. Best reviews app out of the ones I've tried by far.

So far a smooth experience and easy usability. Yet to collect any reviews but excited for when the ball gets rolling. So far definitely prefer it to Judge.me for the easy interface and customisation aspects.

Great app, and the customer service is also fantastic! They go above and beyond. We asked for help with a small problem on our end, and within about five minutes they had not only fixed our issue, they also gave our entire review page a complete makeover, even down to small details such as changing the colours and styling to fit in with our brand theme! Great platform, great support, highly recommend.
