App is simple and clean. The ability to import reviews from google, Facebook & judgeme was very easy and fast. It's consolidated all reviews into a much cleaner and more effective fit in our website

App works well. Customer service is good. Might be better if the automatic titles didn't come up for reviewers as the same ones come up too often making the reviews look a little false. Eg. Excellent! Highly recommended! Fantastic! Would be best if reviewers had to fill in their own headings.

clean, easy to use app with a nice design. You can upload reviews for all the social medias, other ecommerce (etsy, amazon, etc) or manually add reviews. you can upload photos or videos. and you can have many widgets. the design can have also different styles and the photos can be card like and big easy to be seen. nice app

So happy I found this app; not only does it allow product reviews but also Shop reviews as I wanted to import the reviews I already had in my ETSY shop. I am a total novice and found the installation easy, I did have a small issue putting the reviews onto its own page but the customer support was 100% and they helped me sort it out so quickly, so far very impressed with this app and customer service is top notch.

I have just sent the first lot of email requests; the app is very easy to navigate around. I have also contacted Customer Service today and their service was very prompt.

So far really good. I am only a couple of hours into my first journey of adding a review app to my site and I am quite pleased - it's been much cleaner than first app I tried. I choose Fera after seeking more info from an article (by Fera who also reviewed other apps) but I decided to go with them as the benefits of the integrated email automations were of great interest to me and the other reviews were favourable so I took the leap. The setup guide was a breeze as was the emailing of old clients and recent orders and even have my first review live on our site.

Roel from Fera was prompt with answering my query. Roel add some custom coding for me and the whole job was done within 15mins. Best app ive used since opening my store, customer service is second to none.

I just migrated my website to shopify, and I looked into many review apps out there, combed through customer's reviews, and the features, and so far I am not disappointed! anytime I needed help, the customer support was so quick and were able to give superb results. This is one of the best Shopify add-on apps I have used in a really long time. Speedy integration, easy to follow set up instructions, does exactly what it says it does, and super, friendly and efficient customer service. I hope that Fera release more products compatible with Shopify as I will def use again and I highly recommend them !

Fera is easy to setup and use. I connected to my Google Business Account and imported my store reviews in minutes.
