This is a great app. A really simple way of reengaging our customers and visitors. It helps automates some of the tasks that can be time-consuming like keeping in touch and inspiring a large customer base.

I really am impressed with this app! So far I have the free version which is easy to use. Along with helping customers provide reviews it also sends out emails to your customers asking for feedback. You can then choose to provide them with an incentive to purchase again. I highly recommend it!

If you are looking for an app that is the most cost-efficient and provides the most feature, Fera is the app to go. The amount that they are charging for a subscription and the features they provided are super worth it. It meets my store need and beyond. Finding a good product reviews app that synced with Smile.io has been on my list for awhile. I tested out a few of them and Fera easily stood out as the EASIEST product review app to implement. The backend is beautiful and intuitive and it take seconds to get widgets up and running. They also have novel features such as social proof (usually has to be a separate app) built in as well as shopper journeys -- very cool! They are also reasonably priced and i appreciate that they don't break their tiers up my number of orders since I'm a sub box and my orders are extremely variable depending on the month. I'm excited to set fully set up with Fera!

I used this app to add reviews and customer photos gallery. Just awesome and super easy to use. I'd used it in the past and tried many others, but ended coming back to this app. So pleased I did.

I moved to this App from Loox. The customer service chat representative was super helpful. I like it offers more than Loox at a lower monthly cost.

Really nice UI and easy setup! Also, the free option still gives very good features unlike many other apps. Will continue using mainly for the photo reviews.

I really liked this app, it´s all I needed to improve my credibility and to even see what my customers do (add to cart and more actions)

The app has the option to send emails to customers after they have purchased, it is also possible to send automatic emails after purchase.
