Really nifty and smart app for reviews and campaigns. Easy to download and customize yourself. The front end for reviews is really well designed. We had a couple of issues on our site because of some errant code on our home page, and the Fera team was able to track it down and fix it quickly. They are on top of it and take pride in their work. So far so great!

There is nothing that I don't like about Fera, but rather...I love everything about it. Fabulous features, very easy to use. Should you need help, not a problem, online help is FANTASTIC. Perfect for capturing product reviews and testimonies from customers. Very reliable.

The support team for this app is superb! We love the different widgets provided, however our theme was constantly trying to override (I think this is specific to our theme) and the Fera team went above and beyond to make it all work. We also love the ability to A/B test each feature, rare to find with apps!

So far so good. You can write reviews in the app yourself and you can accept reviews written by customers. Easy to use.

finding this app easy to use, still new to it so not had many reviews, would like the option for buys to review any product ordered without having to have the email 1st
