Very nice features, and very customizable app. I couldn't find as good as Fera for the skills and all needed for a shop. The customer support is very reactive, easy and always resolve any problem in minutes ! I needed them several times and still did the job ;) Thanks guys

Perfect for tracking customer journeys!! Very insightful when trying to understand where the customers are finding the most value and what products they are interested in.

I used this app to help me upload my own customer reviews. Really like how it does. It would be nice if HTML code install easier.

4 stars for one reason: The initial learning curve is steep. This app is confusing and hard to grasp. However, ALL 4 stars go to the customer service. Basically this app is a perfect alternative to more expensive review apps. So if you get stuck just open the chat and have them help you out.

Ridiculously easy to install and utilise. I was able to import all my reviews from a previous platform. I had an issue installing a widget into the code, but Holden and Kopila from the customer service team were able to assist and fix it within moments. Very happy with the Fera user interface and ease of use.

The widgets are super easy to install and look much more professional than others I have found. Reasonably price also

I added so many apps before finding this one! This app does everything plus soo much more, you won't regret adding it to your store. Product grouping, easy to use, good price, mapping a shopper's journey, extra features to gain more sales, I'm still exploring but I'm very impressed so far.
