Outstanding customer service. We were using another review service that wasn't terrible, but their customer support was unacceptable. So I found Fera, and they went above and beyond to help me. My CSV file had a couple errors and I requested help to fix my file. Holden fixed everything, and looks amazing. The layout is super clean and love the interface. Thank you!

Fera really shines through its design. I've tried lots of similar apps, as I'm quite picky when it comes to looks, and Fera really stood out. I love how well the app integrates with the current Shopify themes. The high number of widgets turns Fera into a powerhouse.

So far the app is great! It will be able to replace several apps I'm using. Interface is also very nice and fits my branding well

Straight forward to send out emails to customers asking for reviews. options for them to add photos and video. great integration then into your shopify store to show off what your customers have to say.

This is my first day using the app, but so far so good! It's very user friendly which means a LOT to me, and it allows me to see how each widget will look/perform on my site before going Live. I received live customer support that was soo helpful! The wait time was supposed to be 3hrs, but I was assisted in less than 10 mins. Looking forward to having this app help with my conversions & social Proof. Will update the rating after I've had a few weeks to experience the app.
