I love this app its easy and cheap and has increased sales. I love how you can control so many aspects of it, and it can be modified to blend in with your store.

nice designed app - still testing to see if some features are missing but so far its realy great and clean

I have only just installed the app, but it seems really straight forward so far....and I am not verytech saavy at all!!!

It seems pretty good so far. Ive only just downloaded it. Im still figuring out how to use it. It would be good to be able to import reviews from facebook.

This app is just what I need for my new Shopify store. I absolutely love it and am excited to dive deeper into the additional features as my shop grows.

I'm new to the app, but so far it's been amazing. I use the social proof pop up and am currently gathering customer reviews to post on my site. Very intuitive and easy to use, I definitely recommend giving it a try and 14 day free trial is plenty time to see how it works

I used this app so that customers could add reviews, it has helped me do tis and has also set up a customer campaign to help prompt my customers to make reviews once they have purchased. nice and simple to use

I have been using this app for 2 weeks and have committed to the paid subscription after using all of its integrations. I have tried other apps via Shopify and decided to settle here. Surprisingly, I can import reviews from the other popular apps, even while inactive. It is easy to use and no code needed. Definitely a bonus for those who have coding ability with no time, or zero coding ability! I will update my 5 star after repeated use if necessary. Oh, it has photo and video upload capabilities too.

Super easy to use, even with beginner. With Fera, I can start to share guests' review, reply them & many other functions just by a click in Fera dashboard.

AMAZING. Everything about this is just right. It took no more then 2 minutes to get everying up and running.

I like the picture feature and the fact that I can review the reviews as well. It is also amazing that videos can be uploaded

Fera is great. Installed and had it running in 30 minutes. Intuitive and simple. Love the HTML tag feature to get widgets right where I want them on my custom site.
