I tried out a few product review apps before settling on Fera. I love the interface its very easy to learn and use. I like that unlike the others you can manually add reviews which helps since I send free items to influencers who may not traditionally purchase through checkout but I want to still add their feedback so LOVE this app!! 5 STARS!

So far so good, My main goal was so add social proof to our website and having a way for customers to upload photos and videos is super helpful!

I like this plug-in. It's very simple and easy. It is suitable for people who don't know much about computers. There are many unexpected functions. I'm still exploring. All in all, it is very good

I just installed it, trying this out and so far so good. This is an amazing tool, and customer service is fast and super friendly. There is stuff that could improve on the platform, but I mean. I recommend this 100%. If you need to add in reviews, images and send email to previous customer. THIS IS YOUR TOOL! get it now. I swear, I have been searching for weeks and finally found what I was looking for. I will leave a further review in few weeks times. Thanks!

This is a great App! It is easy to use and gives lots of info beyond the reviews. What most amazed me is the outstanding capacity of the help desk support. Watch your clients shop in real time and follow their journeys. I have the free version of this Fera Review app and it is SO MUCH BETTER than the previous company's review app that I paid for. Get this app. You'll be glad you did.

A very good app and I love that you can use the revies widget with photo reviews for free. It also automatically matched my store colours and fonts
