I enjoyed everything about this application!! It was super easy by taking me step-by-step and launching the customer feedback campaign was amazing!!! Not to mention it is all free!!! How great is this!! Thanks guys!!

I used this app to help build trust via photo reviews. It is super easy to set up a campaign to automatically collect these reviews, AND it's even easier to set up a widget to display these reviews, and customize it to fit your site. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for something that is built well, and built to help.

This app is really user friendly and easy to navigate. I love the online support, you can chat with a member of the customer care team and get quick help on whatever questions you may need. Very pleasant and quick response. Would highly recommend this app.

For now it's a great app , i can submit reviews manually or by uploading a csv file and i can choose to show a per product review or show all reviews in all product pages and that's a feature i was looking for . Plus i can send messages to ask for reviews , the only missing feature is entering a review manually from the product page ( that's why the missing star ) . UPDATE : As soon as i wrote the comment an agent added the feature that was missing so i'll add the star recommand the app as its support team is doing a great job .

So far it is very easy to use. I was looking for something smooth and not complicated and this works beautifully.

Holden in customer service was right on time with my request at the most frustrating time. Not knowing he was actually going to get back to me so quickly, I was speaking with Shopify customer service and they were giving me other app options I could choose from...I was so close to deleting this app. It was because I was in my emails and saw that I actually got a response, and from the first email back to me, he showed that he was initiating fixing my issue and it was just for me to confirm if the change had been made. I appreciate companies like this to provide a fast turn around, cause I could've lost a good company at the peek of my frustrations. Thanks so much for your help even in the late night here. I appreciate 100%.

Great, good features for a low price, a bit tricky to get used to but it plugs in well to my theme.
