So far so good! Gives me everything I need. I could do without it showing the customer's location though. But that can be edited out.

Love this app!! Easy to understand, use and apply!! The customization is easy and the design options can adapt to any web page design :)

I was looking for a good review app for my store that not only performs but also looks nice. I just installed Fera and so far it seems to be working great!

I have downloaded and removed about 6 review apps! This one is the best so far- for free you can beautifully customize the look of the reviews, have reviews with photo and video uploads, create automatic email reminders (with some great features), and there is no "powered by" branding! The app is very intuitive/easy to use. So far very happy!

Really good app. It is easy to set up and even if you have any additional questions, customer support is very quick to answer them.

Very easy to use. Not expensive at all and no coding knowledge required. Loving it. If you are looking for one that allows photo, videos, and control over customer information, this is definitely one to go.

The app is not bad for managing the reviews, but many of the customizations are still in preparation. It seems dev portal and technical documentations are still in preparations. So I guess if you are using English and are a basic user with no-code requirements, this may be the right one for you. ---- This is an addition and update to this review due to the engagement for the partner success team at Fera. They were very eager to try and meet our team's needs and were able to disclose more dev portal information that disclosed how the tags work in the custom editor. This was useful but at the sametime I believe should have been available from the start as they are advertising how powerful their solution is. However based on their efforts I've added another start. The mechanism to try and getting you buy-in to the up-selling on their capabilities is a bit unfortunate and due to this I wouldn't give this 5 stars until their platform is really complete.

Not expensive way of getting reviews. I like it. Will definitely use and recommend. I love how it is so easy to use.

I am enjoying this app it would be good if i could add customers that made order before i installed the app so that i can include them on the referral/ review incentive

I really like the simplicity of the app. I wanted a fee plan that visually looked appealing to customers. As a store administrator, I have found it so easy to use, it helps you step by step and prompts you to use the features to the best of your ability.

The best so far, I love the design and the features are so far so good. Recommended for beginners to advance
