OMG! If you are reading this review, it's because you've been searching for the right platform for product bundles and if you're like us, you're frankly fed up because you've tried countless apps and they, for one reason or another, don't work or fit your needs. Well, listen when I tell you that your frustrations are over! Not only does FAST Bundles check all of our boxes but for the few challenges we faced, not only did the FAST team work with us to resolve them, but on a few occassions, they even scheduled calls with us in the middle of their night to accommodate our time zone for a call. On one occassion Jasmine called her technical team member Mackey and woke him up to join our call. When he joined, he was not only gracious and more than willing to have been woken up, but stayed on that called until he resolved all of our issues, even writing code as we waited on the call to make our Shopify theme and the FAST Bundle app perform the way we needed it to perform. Not once did Jasmine or Mackey complain about disturbing their rest and working in the middle of the night. That is TRUE VALUE and CUSTOMER SERVICE at its very best! We need to CLONE Jasmine and Mackey to teach people what it means to be compassionate, kind and grateful for serving others. A 5 star isn't good enough for FAST Bundle. They exceed every area and you will be so pleased!!!

Tried the app for our brand new store so we wanted something that is free to test the market. Good customer service as well; our products were initially not showing on the store but this was fixed by the team.

Few days of using the app so are. Very easy to use the back end user face, and when I had a support question, I got an email back within 30mins, and my problem was resolved within 5 mins. Keep up the good work!

Searched through many bundle apps before finding this gem that meet our requirements: - Bundle as a product - Discount code to stack with bundled discounts - Inventory sync Had some issues that the devs patiently went through with on a call with me to resolve. Prompt, fast and delivered.

This is the only app I've found that successfully implements the 'explosive bundle', allowing us to sell virtual bundles without having to set up a separate bundle SKU. Customer service is responsive and helpful!

Amazing so far...it's only taken me a few minutes to figure out. There was a nice video to watch and just really easy. I used a different app and stayed up all night long trying to figure it out. This one is SUCH a life saver!

There aren't too many apps in the Shopify app store that would allow for flexible creation of bundle products (bundles consisting of multiple products that appear as one product in the shop). This one does mix and match combo products pretty well. The app admin UI is clear and easy to use, and quite a few types of bundles are supported. You need the pro plan of the app to create multiple combo products, and the list price is pretty expensive. After longer-term use, it has become apparent that the different bundle types have surprising and somewhat arbitrary restrictions. Also, use support has been a hit-or-miss lately: replies don't address questions or provide solutions that don't work for the described problem.

I've tried many bundle apps and this is without doubt the easiest to use, especially for someone with no developer or coding experience. Presentation of bundles on the site and functionality is excellent. With any new app installation there are always questions and sometimes a little help needed to make the most of the features available, so good support is a priority for me, with Fast Bundle support has been very fast and very helpful. An excellent company to deal with.

Great app. The support team is incredibly helpful and responsive - the app itself is easy to use and setup, I think this is a great option to create bundle offers for promotions and as well as an everyday app to offer incentives to increase AOV and sell more product. The setup / creating bundles was very easy, intuitive, not complicated and support team was almost immediate with responses and assistance.

Easy to use, free and a lot of features. No hidden costs, im liking this app so far. Highly recommend
