Unfortunately the app didn't work for the purchase event with me. I contacted the chat and I don't think I received good service. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, our system tracks purchase events accurately, but it requires the correct installation of customer event codes. It seems there may have been an error in implementing them.
