Hola, tengo problemas con la Aplicación, ya que me aparece un error y no me deja entrar, es decir arroja error para ingresar a la aplicación desde Shopify.

its not working from last 5 days i am trying to connect but the facebook and instgram is not connecting and not giving option to another account

Everytime it just says "Something went wrong. please try again". This app is not working at all for me and there is no solution found.

Setup is smooth and easy. Everything works in minutes!

I have everything set up and i keep getting this message Facebook & Instagram has not been set up. Finish the remaining steps to start selling on this sales channel. And when I try to do this it will not let me submit. Very frustrating

Trying to get any support is ridiculous!!! 3 hours yesterday and my issue is still not resolved. The app is preventing my website link on Instagram and Facebook to open. It goes to "Oops page not found". Shopify says it's FB and I can't even open a new chat as it goes back to the one from yesterday with an automated response. Ready to uninstall this if it's not resolved today.

It's working really well so far and setup was easy to follow.

not recommended. fb shop went under review saying it would take 10 days. After 6 months of no updates, I followed up and they said their algo detected something and just sent a generic list of reasons why it may have been suspended and they can't do anything about it. We sell a single title board game.. not much to violate.

Facebook is extremely complex and it requires a period of time to learn the page, making it very complicated for those who work with Facebook for the first time. Removing business pages and its subset is extremely confusing It took me over two months to get my account verified because my name didn't match the documents I submitted and it didn't even explain that my business name should be my own.

its very complicated on how to set up

I had an issue connecting my PayPal account but I was able to resolve the issue on my own. So far, the integration between Shopify and Facebook and Instagram seem to be working properly and I'm happy with the app.

This app has always been flakey. I've found it disconnected from time to time. Also, I can't activate PayPal because the button doesn't work. Finally, I was surprised to find that all my products had a 10% discount automatically applied.
