We had a terrible experience with setting up facebook. Super shit improve your systems and processes meta were stick with TIkTok.

I'm not even going to give it one star. (ok so I had to give them one star or it wouldn't let me post) We get very few orders through them and have never been paid. I've tried to verify my store 5 times with documents. They make it almost impossible. I even sent them our corporate tax return which wasn't good enough. I'm going to disable it after losing money again.

All is well keep doing what you are doing.

Best for Sales and marketing

the setup is so annoying it's insane. Normally i'm very patient but wow. You impressed me how bad this works. Especially the new Business Suite from Facebook is one of the worst downgrades I've ever seen. Goin to TikTok Ads now.

his app is very hard to set up and doesn't connect with the Shopify store, the online support is not working on time and doesn't help us with the issues, therefore Meta is not helping the online business community by connecting the store easily with the Facebook platform. I can not set up my admin part, the platform rejects my setup, and no access to connect with the Shopify store, meta needs reform and make smart customer services.

I have gone through the verification process five times and get "stuck" on the phone/text verification every time. I double check the number, went through the troubleshoot process and still, I get no call and no code. There is also no live help. It is very frustrating and there seems to be no solution as I've already gone through the troubleshooting to no avail, and there is no one to contact.

they are really good platforms coz it exposes your products to a lot of different kinds of people from different cultures allover the world
