This application solves the assigned tasks very efficiently and quickly !!! I strongly advise you to use this application!

Confused on how to set up and use. Not user friendly. Very complicated. I just backed out and will not set it up.

Facebook is a good channel however I had some charges while my campaign was pause that I am looking into with my Bank. Otherwise so far it's ok

easy to install. not sure of its usefulness or performance yet. Based on the installation should be popular as it seems not complicated.

I'm using this app to see if it will generate sales. I am connecting my store so more ppl can see it.

It was very simple to use. Streamlined and easy to understand......not much more that needs to be said!

Fast and easy set up for a start up store. Would recommend this before Instagram. 5 stars for sure.

It just started and haven’t really used it yet. The sign on and setup seems very complex. Definitely not helped by my confusion with Facebook between my business and personal accounts.

Recently converted from the Facebook Store app to this one & I have been trying to add our existing instagram account to the Business Manager, but it's a dead link. The button choices are "ADD" or "CANCEL" & only cancel works. I've clicked on the IG page & every area in the box to see if that was the problem, but still nothing so all our new products are unable to be tagged on our instagram page. I suggest not to convert unless absolutely necessary. If support can email me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Setting up a FB shop was rather simple via this app, just click through and done. But I had a huge issue: in FB shop, 'checkout on the website' button on every product page would lead to an error page that reads 'Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: channel' I wrote to shopify support, got an answer that the issue was escalated to the technical team and I shall expect an answer in max 72 hours. Never heard back since. Very disappointed... Then I disconnect everything and re-install and re-create the shop, same error pages... Dont know what to do

can't get it to connect correctly to shopify and to get the pixel app to work which needs to be up and running before school tomorrow. Tracie Vestal

Nice and clear instructions. I really like the way you held my hand through the whole process. Seemed like every time I had a question, it got resolved by a simple sentence or two that was on screen immediately. Thanks again for making it such a positive experience so far in my journey to building my own small plant shop business.
