I found it a little confusing at first because the categories are not broken down very specifically.

setting up my store on FB was easy and quick. I liked how simple the process was and didn't feel like I was going to mess it up.

i am unable to connect my instagram acct. thru this app. it does not show up as connected and when i click for it to connect, i get a message that it is already connected.... but it is not. been with shopify tech support which i waited 2-3 days for them to respond, they state it is not within their scope to help fix it. i have been working on this for weeks and cannot get it to work correctly........... i am losing business by the lack of concern by shopify

It's been working pretty good so far. I set it to dynamic, selected my products and left it alone. Haven't had an issue since.

Help me set up my store and also boost my sales. Also it integrates all the other platform together, so all my records and date are stored in one place for tracking convenience

Great setup. I'm using Facebook Shop to increase my clientele. Hopefully, it works in my favor Lord!

Great app so far I like it, much better than the old version of the Facebook channel. I really recommend to install it.

Useless app... Having endless errors since installing it... And both Shopify and FB support team are not helpful at all. Have been trying to fix the tech issue for months and still no solution. No money will be spent this year on FB ads now.

Using this app my Shop Tab does not appear on my Facebook Business page. So what's the use of having a Facebook shop if does not appear. Just saying...

Haven't used it but it was easy to set up. I will tell you more when I have had more experience with it.

quick and easy to use, once I found it. had a hard time getting to the facebook link with Spotify because I wasn't familiar with the platform. now that I know its been smooth sailing

This app is very useful for tracking progress and how you save time with your website bounce rate as it provides your clients the ability to see your shop and see what you have to offer prior to going in your site and affecting your analytics
