THE FACEBOOK CHANNEL SO FAR IS GOOD. AT FIRST, I FOUND IT A BIT CONFUSING, BUT AFTER SPENDING SOME TIME ON IT, IT MAKES SENSE.

this app is easy to set up, take me 5 minutes to connect our instagram and facebook business acocunt.

I just started using this app to advertise my online store and the products that I carry. So far I have found the app nice and easy to up and I am sure you will find it as easy and as satisfying as I have in the way they work with you and the promises that they make.

I love this app because it makes it easier for me to connect with my customers and be able to sell from not just my website but also from the Facebook platform.

I haven't used the new version yet, just installed. So, I will be withholding judgement until I have tried it out.

Setup (re-setup) was relatively smooth. Let's see if it helps generate new sales now that it is installed

I use this app to market and host my products. They only way to make it better is for it to be free, but that is not realistic.

when i got my head around what to do it was fairly simple. Now the work begins. I am old so maybe thats the reason for the time taken

I had a lot of trouble connecting my page for some reason. Finally got it linked after a year...best of luck folks! Linking to my instagram page turned out to be troublesome

upon using this app to create an ad account I found that there were quite a few processes to go through. the processes were step by step so you don't get lost along the way. the process could be made somewhat simpler but I was satisfied.

I am happy with this app. Still I did not see the results yet, so it's weird to ask for my rate at this stage.

From my experience, the facebook integration was clunky from the beginning. It would work on some days, not others. Then not work at all. my products were incorrectly tagged as alcoholic and were not allowed on instagram. instagram tagged my yeast products as alcoholic because they are used to make alcohol. no way to fix it with facebook or instagram and shopify. i called numerous times to shopify, they said contact facebook. I just shut down my instagram/facebook page, and i will figure out another way to sell

Super easy. Impressed with how much this has improved in a year. It's really good UX. This channel obvi makes hella money for FB and Shopify.

A good app and does what is says on the tin. We used the app to integrate our Shopify website and our Facebook and Instagram shops and it works a treat.
