I can't access my Facebook page now. Because the mobile I inputted is wrong. The correct mobile is +63 9178442622. I tried to change it but it can't be changed. It keeps sending notification code to +63 09178442622 WRONG. If you are in the Philippine the mobile number should only be 09178442622

Since switching over from the old facebook shops app to this one, my shop has now been removed and I have no reason why and have been trying for months to see what I am doing wrong. I emailed shopify support and they said it is facebook's fault. No one from facebook to contact though. I was running ads before and now cannot. Big thumbs down from me ... this is our business and random crap like this affects our income. Not happy to say the least.

The app is so helpful to market products on Facebook in an easy way, however, the struggle was when removing a product from Shopify you must go search for it on your Facebook page and delete it manually.

Much easier to connect than going through Facebook. Shopify really helps simplify the integration processes.

It was pretty simple, I had no issues with setting up everything , it was self explanatory . You just have to read an click your options.

Not intuitive for new users. It took hours to understand what I was missing in order to activate my facebook shop.

Majority of the time it doesn't work, the other times it requires me to reauthenticate, "load cookies".

Setup was very simple and easy. I especially loved the privacy policy template so that my customers can know how their information is used, without having to go through and create that information manually!
