App keeps freezing, I can't set it up and can't even contact customer service to help me, as it shows an error message whenever I try. I've been trying for days, tried on two different computers, a tablet and a phone and nothing works. Terrible app.

This is not user friendly, dont now why billion dollar company have pathetic setting restrictions, facebook is not recommended for new businesses

Absolutely a headache. I had previusly used the old Shopify Facebook Shop App some time ago and has been long uninstalled. However somehow the Commerce ID from that old app is still tied to my Facebook Page. So this new app will not install without removing the old ID. However Meta Support keeps telling me I dont have persmissions to disconnect this old ID and I need to have someone give me full permissions to do so. I have shown them the screenshots showing I have full permissions and yet it still keeps saying I do not have permissions. However they keep getting stuck in thier own flow chart and keep saying I need to ask someone for more permissions.... I am the owner of the company, facebook page, and shopify store. There is noone else capable of giving me any more permissions. I have asked them to tell me who has these magical abilities to give me more permissions, however I get the same flow chart response. It should not be this big of a hassle to install a app on my shopify store and link my Facebook page when it stands to make them money by me doing so.

When we click on stores in Instagram, I want to remove the cargo and delivery field in the product detail area, but I cannot remove it, all websites with shopify software have the same problem in their ig stores, it is not possible to completely remove this field, you should make a development about it.

PURCHASE TRACKING IS HAVING ERROR. ACTUAL SALES IN SHOPIFY IS 100 BUT IN META ADS MANAGER IT IS 33 I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED META SUPPORT BUT ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. BY REPLYING BLA BLA REASONS TICKETS ARE CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ACTUAL ISSUE

Hola, estoy intententando conectar la aplicación a mi cienta de Facebook pero inmediatamente sale un error y no puedo avanzar, he desistalado la app varias veces pero siempre sale lo mismo....como debo proceder para poder realizar correctamente la instalación y poder empezar a trabajar?

I can't connect to the Facebook and Instagram stores successfully, and the support is useless. When I seriously emailed meta, I never got a reply. I created a work order consultation many times, so no one replied to me?

The app doesn't track the correct revenue, it sends duplicate purchase events to Facebook each time the user reloads the order confirmation page, and it does not send deduplicating information to Facebook. The support is absolutely useless, I have been in contact with the special Meta support for this app, and they keep asking me to check - the pixel setup (which by the way is managed by the app) and/or - referring me back to Shopify to ensure the app is installed correctly (Shopify were the ones who referred me to Meta). Consider bringing back our ability to post product for marketing . It was deleting by your developer team in Nov. Being able to be synced with Facebook to post product was simple and help business promote our product effectively. have been speaking to other businesses and It has been so damaging to not have this option. It is a shame Facebook has done away with our option to connect with our customers and audience this way. It is useless to speak with support as they act as if they know nothing about Facebook or changes. have sent feedback but pretty sure ignored. You need to really bring the gap of communication with Meta and Sellers. It is important and your team seem to lose touch with us. 4 month past Update to this review: You interface now has so many issues it is unbelievable every week you are changing something and simple breaking it just stop and go back to Oct 2022 and the enhances all those feature and all operations all changes since them have been very damaging to say the lest. Even product I do not give Facebook permission to show show on my store and your support is so poor and never helps they take my request and concerns and never generate a solution. I am luck if I get a response or follow up. You got to do better asap or Facebook will lose badly

My Meta inquiry number is 909689016966830 Long story short - the app is broken and they don't care.

there is no support with this app - I have been hacked 3 weeks ago, they took over my socials and pages, I have sent in several support tickets to remove the app from Shopify as the hacker is charging my ads account and using our pixel to retarget and no support. Shopify's hands are tied because its a 3rd party app. VERY disappointed in META. They need to take some cues from Shopify in support.

What is this absurd that to connect an Instagram account you NEED a facebook ACTIVE account? I understand that is the same company but this is ridiculous as I can't use the app now because of this

app is saying that the app is unsupported speak with the developer. Hit the support button but the rep. is saying something different. But it clearly it says it's not supported. This needs to be fixed Asap!!!!!

Ads aren't performing for the past week, and it shows unsupported on shopify. Tracking is wayyy off through pixel, if anyone knows how to solve this issue, please help

I was wondering what I can do about the problem that the fb & Instagram channel are not supported in the Shopify store. Because the tracking has been off the last week and the ads are performing less good now. Is there a problem with my pixel and with the integration of the sales channels to my Shopify shop. I was wondering if there is anything that I can do to fix this issue.

cannot use in india as services are being not provided in india. its basic feature.shopify is also doing nothing in this.

If i could rate this 0 stars I would. I have changed to a new website, and do you think this pos app will let me disconnect my products? no. I have disconnected the app as a sales channel, removed everything in fb business managers, and still my old website products are showing. please just disconnect already and let me connect my new website.

We have never been able to get this set up, no support, no help, nothing. worst app ever. So frustrating.
