What an app, what a customer service, there has been already more than a week since I stopped all my ads because the Facebook pixel is not reporting accurate info, and the customer service hasn't fixed the problem yet.

i installed the app to be able to advertise my shopify store on facebook. To do this, I first created a private account as prescribed in the app and then a company account. Unfortunately, I was hardly able to use either of them, as facebook blocked both accounts after just one day and did not reactivate them despite me identifying myself twice. My accounts have now been deactivated and I receive no support from facebook. My plan to pay facebook for my advertising has been prevented, even though I have not violated any guidelines. The facebook algorithms simply do not believe that I am a real human customer.

Tive que procurar outros recursos pra vender no Facebook e Instagram, porque dentro da própria shopify , não funciona , o conectar , é tem sempre um símbolo de atenção e naaada que eu faça mude isso , então, optei por não usar , e por isso minha avaliação

Ho provato a utilizzare l'app di Facebook per il supporto alle aziende, ma purtroppo l'esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. Innanzitutto, il supporto fornito per risolvere i problemi attuali è stato inefficace e poco professionale. Non solo i problemi persistono, ma l'app stessa continua a non installarsi correttamente sul mio dispositivo, causando ulteriori complicazioni. Gli sforzi per ottenere assistenza sono stati vani, e il servizio clienti sembra non essere in grado di gestire in modo adeguato le problematiche degli utenti. Sono deluso dalla mancanza di risoluzione dei problemi e dalla difficoltà nell'ottenere un supporto adeguato. Mi aspettavo di più da un'app di questo tipo, soprattutto considerando il suo ruolo cruciale nel supportare le attività aziendali. Chiedo aiuto in continuazione ma senza nessun esito. Manca il personale di assistenza

Solid app, with the only note being setup for shared data tracking could be a bit smoother.

A very poor app integration riddled with flaws and consistent only in it's inaccuracies. If you care at all about accurate measurements and pixels, this is not the app for you. You'd think recording $1,500,000,000,000 in sales would be worth noting or investigating, but Meta has investigated itself, the pixel code, and the app developer and discovered that it's all working perfectly and this is to be expected.
