This app functions extremely well. You really have to know how Etsy works to use this app. You also need to take time to study this app itself. Once you are comfortable using this app, you would not want to stop using it, because it works very well. It amazes me how seamlessly it syncs my products from Shopify.

Customer support was extremely helpful in getting setup. I opened a chat right away, and they walked me through it like they were doing it with me!

This app is great and works amazingly well. I started converting on Etsy immediately and the auto-import orders back into Shopify makes the entire process very automated.

I just finished with the customer service for two hours. Vatsal Ranjan the operator was very attentive , taking action, and has been with me for nearly 2 hours to set up my store in Etsy. He gave me the solutions to each of issues and solve them on spot. Very professional and i do recommend the app for Shopify. Excellent customer service

A few weeks in and so far everything is running smoothly with product and order integration. I couldn't work out how to do something so asked the chat box and a very helpful person sorted the problem for me and then wrote up instructions on how I could do it myself.

Love the app too expensive. It would be nice if you can bring the price down, and more affordable...

Great app and we find it very handy to manage orders from Etsy in the shopify admin area. Support has been 1st class and will check out the other apps these guys do.

Really useful app to quickly import Shopify info onto Etsy. Lots of control for customization. Very responsive and helpful customer service. Would recommend.

I love this app. It's help me to import my shopify products to Etsy which saves me a lot of time. It also syncs my orders from Etsy to Shopify so that I can fulfill my orders as well. The customer service team is really helpful as well. Highly recommend!

They have a great customer service. Easy and fast resolution of our issue. On the other hand I would of like to be able to have the option in the app to solve my issue by myself, but at the end, being handled in a fast manner it doesn't matter anymore.

It was simple to link my store to Etsy, and when I did need some support and have a couple of questions to answer the chat was fast and very helpful.

I really like this integration. It is very simple to use and it makes order management easy with a few clicks! I love that customer support is easy to reach if I have any issues. I would definitely recommend!

Customer service was excellent. Took me a little while to get used to the app. I was limited to 10 items because I am just starting out on Etsy. Customer service was able to walk me through it. Hoping for more sales on Etsy to justify moving to a paid version.
