At first this integration app has boosted our sales like crazy, but we ended up having to delete it because it has too many problems. The syncing didn't work properly and refunds weren't showing properly in our sales reports. The technical support team was very responsive which was great but wasn't able to fix things for us in a way that worked efficently for us so we spent way too much time on the chat with them. This app is a great idea in theory but is too buggy to be useful for us.

Before I was introduced to this app I was overwhelmed with loading my products and maintaining inventory within two platforms but now I just have to maintain one platform! Shopify and Etsy Marketplace Integration technical support are very knowledgeable and skilled. I have felt very supported in what I want to accomplish with my business.

There have been small bumps in the road for our custom needs, but nothing the support team can not help address. They've been a great help. I can not speak for other reviewers but we recommend them 100%.

Firstly I just want to thank Shubham for his help. He is incredibly patient, polite, and efficient when it comes to solving issues that I face. Hope he continues with cedcommerce in the long run as he is the best support I've worked with. In regards to the app, it can be quite tricky for a newbie to use, but thankfully their support is able to guide you every step of the way so you don't need to scratch your head to figure everything out. This app is really fantastic! I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up to the free trial - but it is so worth trying it out. Shubham who is part of the customer service team is beyond helpful, he called me and literally walked me through the set up. This app gets 5 stars purely based on their immediate availability and assistance. They saved us an incredible amount of time moving our shopify store to Etsy and then with anything that has come up as we've made changes to our shop over the last few months. So nice to get things done quick and easy! Highly recommend.
