This is a very effective tool to sync your Etsy store with your online shop if your native platform doesn't offer it. Customer service was excellent, I had an issue with my store and required some help and they were prompt to support.

Customer service from Ritik was fast and he resolved my issue, went above and beyond to fix the order integration from Etsy to Shopify.

I had a huge problem getting my listing on etsy. But the chat support was fantastic!! In about 30 min the items were back up. I use CED Commerce app for 2 businesses and its well worth the subscription cost.

Not working, will not import updated listing. Need to fix issues. Do not install if like to update your products

UPDATE APRIL 2022: This app continues to perform beautifully for us! The few times we've needed help with something, customer support (Ritik) has been incredibly helpful. We're doing incredibly well on Etsy thanks to this app. HIGHLY recommended! This is a really, really good app. Once you figure it out (there's a bit of a learning curve, but it's not particularly difficult), it does exactly what you'd want it to do and it's been pretty much seamless for us. I love that it automatically pushes shipping and fulfilment details back to Etsy from Shopify. We've already made hundreds of dollars in Etsy sales, in part because this app makes it easy for us!

I have to say it's a solid app, and also got some help from a helpful individual named Aman, who worked with me despite the fact of me being rude stuck with it in a polite and professional manner until my store was linked and all products were taken care of. My only regret is that I didn't do this a year ago when I started my store. The free option isn't always the better one and this app is worth the money!

This apps works very well. It does what it says on the tin! Setting the app initially was a bit tricky for me. However, the live chat tech support helped me to resolve my issues.

This integration app is great, it helps me to integrate all products with ease. Perfect assistance, they respond immediately and solve every question.

Its a little complex for my smooth brain to set up, but the support staff is top knotch, and all of the features that I did get set up work perfectly! Anyone that is even reasonably tech savvy should make sure they pick this up.

Really having a good experience with this Cedcommerce Etsy Integration, like the feature of syncing products and orders within a few mins it's literally speechless! And also I definately added my few more stores with it and want to add more! I will recommend this to each and every seller whosoever want to go for etsy marketplace, you will never get disappointed with any employees working over there whether it's Dev team or support team!

This guys are amazing! I've been trying all Apps on Shopify's App Store and no luck but when I found CedCommerce I was amazed how cool is this app. They covered every option that you possible can think to have the best integration experience. Great job guys! Ohh and last but not least - The customer service is the TOP NOTCH. Their support team will help you in few moments and will even show you how if needed. This app can make your life super easy syncing between your shop and Etsy. IF you set up properly. if (like me) you cant then their support is AMAZING! They not only helped me fix what I was missing #usererror but they also helped me find the materials I needed to set up my profiles properly. If there is anything you don't understand don't be afraid to contact them.

Support team is really helpful. I've had a few issues that I couldn't find answers to in the help docs, and they've always been very prompt and helpful in getting things resolved for me. I definitely recommend it
