Firstly I want to tell everyone that the Customer service at Cedcommerce is the best I ever had. If you have any question or issue, there is a chat option and whatsapp. Tech experts ready to help. Personally I pulled the plug on Shopify because they didn’t a very important feature that Etsy has which made it not feasible to have the same inventory on Shopify and Etsy, which would have been impossible to manage. I’m hoping that Shopify will fix this issue so that I can sell on both platforms.

If I have any questions, I always receive quick and efficient answers. They help me correct but also teach me how to do it myself if an incident happens again.
