Shikhar was outstanding in offering me support. I'd been struggling for 6 weeks to get resolution on my shopify/ esty listing with another etsy ap. I updated to CedCommerce Esty Intergration and so happy I did. The customer service provided by Shikhar was excellent.

I have been lucky enough to be able to get support from Adarsh on multiple occasions! I am super new to Etsy integration and feel so lost but Adarsh has been incredibly helpful and after a couple of days away from getting everything set up, I had to contact support again for more help. Thinking I would get a whole new person again, I was suprised and so happy to see Adarsh was on the other side again to help me! Highly recommend!!

The setup is the most difficult part of the process but once it's set up correctly the App is Amazing. What is also amazing is the customer service. This app is really great for syncing up shopify and etsy inventory so you can sell on both platforms with ease. Its mostly super easy to figure out on your own but I did need help with some pricing updates and the customer service was very responsive and helpful right away and walked me through it with patience and kindness.

It's an easy-to-use app and it's helpful! It can save you time a lot! And their customer service are doing great as well.
