Lovin' It!!! Super easy, customizable, immediately loaded up & posted items from my fb page so my new online shop now has reviews (from my long standing business) posted in it!! I was pleasantly shocked. Woo Hoo! Also opted to have the app auto send customized emails to help retrieve reviews from past shop transactions ~ My services are out of the ordinary & often viewed with skepticism, "is she honorable?" etc. so having the reviews button obviously there on every page with posted reviews readily available will be a life saver!!! All from the freebie version. bigger woo hoo. Wish had installed from the beginning. See how it looks in my shop! There are other ways to customize too ~ Sue Ann ~ UPDATE 2/28/2016: I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMETHING RECTIFIED SINCE MID JANUARY. After multiple explanations & emails to 2 different people, still no fix. At one point, someone finally acknowledged & appeared to understand what I thought was a simple situation to explain & understand....asking for about 48 hours for tech to address. That was 1/29/2016. I asked again & was told on 2/8/2016 that it was taking longer than expected. I've been told to do part of this myself manually, which I easily understood already that I could & I did....yet that is not the point. I was willing to pay $29.99/month so that once my fledgling shop took off, all would be as it should & as worry free, automated as possible. The most recent email reply even asked me to explain the situation again. I find this stunning. I replied telling this person to check the existing email thread first. That I was unwilling to explain the situation, yet again. Along the way when I asked about a potential partial refund for all the trouble, lack of app functionality it appeared to me to subsequently forgotten or swept under the rug. I've looked for other apps this week, still here as I have not found proper replacement for my shop. I downgraded my plan. When this app worked fully & I was not in extended confounding dealings with them, I though it was great. OK...3/21/2016 UPDATE: Lovell diligently worked with multiple issues. Made things right. Has offered extra help which I appreciate. The reason for just 3 Stars today is I now need more time for a more proper, realistic update. Thanks Lovell!

THEY said it couldn't be done. My wants were too "out of the box", too far from the norm. THEY were right. Impossible job for a non-techy like me; a baby who never spoke "social media". But Lovell at Kudobuzz provided professional and most important, PATIENT support. Lovell changed "too hard" into "too easy". What was "out of the box" became "out of the park". I'm not sure how you say "I'm a happy camper" in social media speak but us old school types say "You done darn good - Thank You Very Much!

A wonderful application and the customer service is top notch. They always respond quickly to any questions or concerns and are eager to hear any suggestions. Many display options depending on your mobile/desktop needs as well as what kind of reviews you want to collect. We currently just use it to create a testimonial page, but once setup it just goes on auto pilot and allows to manage/display reviews easily!

Lovely app. I am getting reviews on my store as well as my products. I liked this app best because people can review your shop and their service....not just the product they bought. I also love that emails go out to people after they purchase....making it super easy for them to leave a review. And perhaps the best thing about this app is its FREE....which makes it perfect. Highly recommend! Update, I recently upgraded to the dinner plan and I am enjoying lots of new benefits....like Google rich snippets.....love that one. I have found the support staff to be really great. They are always quick to respond and will work very hard to help.

They are simply superb at customer service. Had an issue migrating to version 2.0 and tagged a ticket. Realised much later that mails to my email account were bouncing and there was no way they could get in touch with me! So I thought. Till I get an offline chat message from my site from Cheryl from Kudobuzz!! That's how they reached me, went to my site, found an alternative way of reaching me and solved my issue. Now that's going beyond the ordinary!

We switched from Yopto to Kudobuzz and we haven't looked back. We switched because we were not willing to pay $600/month for features that you can get with Kudobuzz for $29.99/month. The Kudobuzz team is absolutely amazing. We wanted to make sure we use their app for over a month before leaving our review. Since they seem to be a newer company there are some small issues, but Cheryl and the rest of the team reply to emails within hours and issues are fixed within less than 1 business day. Some of the features I hope they will add are for example the dynamic coupon option. We have no doubt that Kudobuzz will offer all the same features as Yotpo for a fraction of the cost in the near future. Keep it up Kudobuzz. Adam

One of the reasons customers love shopping at Amazon is the reviews, right? Well now we can offer the same value to customers on our own website. But the biggest reason this app gets 5 stars from us is the incredible customer support from the Kudobuzz team. They've gone the extra mile and helped us with everything from resolving a compatibility issue with Cloudflare to making UI improvements to the dashboard. I am very pleased with Kudobuzz's customer service. I give it a five-star rating because their customer service rep helped me migrate to the new version and resolve the technical glitches in a very prompt and courteous manner, despite the fact that I am not very technically savvy. This contrasts with a lot of services nowadays that are impersonal or down right non-responsive. I have not tested other testimonial apps but am quite pleased with the way it shows up on my site. Kudobuzz customer service are so fast to respond! This is one app that is a staple for my shop and its that gem you know you can totally trust to not only show results but to help with any questions. I really like that I dont have to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. One of my top apps for my store without a doubt!

Amazing customer service support! Great app to have :) However I gave 4 stars because, unless you upgrade to a paid plan, you cannot stop an automatic after-purchase Kudobuzz email from being sent to a customer that has already left a review. This risks annoying the customer. It seems like something minor enough to include in the free plan. Especially when it involves what gets sent to your customers and the impression it makes on your store. This should be in the owners' control and not that of Kudobuzz. Hopefully this little feature changes in the future! Otherwise, I recommend this app :)
