Experience has been great and the customer service has been spot on. Will update on shipping times once my first order is delivered. I have been told that it will be max 8 days so let's see.

I am using this app to start a clothing store. I have been researching and even trying several free and paid apps. Nothing has come close to what you can do with EPROLO. Not even with paid apps. I will be launching soon and will give a performance review. But for product price and the functions you get with it by far is best.

This is a great app. You can add products with faster delivery times. The Selection is updated often.

VERY disappointed in this app that showed SO much promise! They represent and promise "branding" on the shipping label, packing slip and packing "scotch tape" and even have a picture of my scotch tape with my label, which I paid $20 for on 3 of my sites (total $60). I have tested 2 orders by ordering from my own store and, so far, no scotch tape, no packing slip and no shipping label with my branding on them. When I received my orders, I didn't even know it came from my own shop! They also do NOT ship in 5-8 days on everything. I promised one customer 5-8 day shipping on a stuffed toy for her sons birthday, well, they shipped it by ePacket in 12-25 days and did not notify me for the option of canceling the order. When you choose a shipping option, a vendor does not have the option to use a different shipping method, they MUST use the shipping method chosen and paid for. I had to go through PayPal for a charge back on this one because they would not honor their promises of a refund to make things right when shipping gets messed up and they cannot follow through on their promises. Their inability to stand by what they represent in their Shopify business promises has harmed my business reputation with my most recent customers. I need a fulfillment company I can trust and eProLo has a good concept, but they cannot stand up and delivery on what they promise. If you want your business reputation damaged, use this app. I am in the process of withdrawing all of my products I have with them and going back to AliExpress directly.

I have been using this app for two months, the support is great, and I bought the tape with my logo, can`t wait to see them. great app!

*UPDATE* I just recieved a message back saying they just found a new supplier and my items were restored back to Import List. I did get apology from them. I still rate 4/5 because the tracking number is not working. It looked very promising at the start. I made a mobile gaming nicehe and they have removed all the products when I had built my facebook page and got some traffic to the web. No apologies, just all my shop is EMPTY THIS MORNING. Now there is no gaming controllers available AT ALL! There are only 2 available on the eprolo market at this time which are overpriced as f and not even worth selling. Very angry as I have spent much money on advertising!!!!!!!!! And the tracking number they have sent me is not available for nearly 5 days now and my customer is fuming.

So far so good, I have yet to process orders since I just started. Great Products but what really got me was Eprolo Express. I am hoping delivery dates are accurate because if so this beyond 5 stars. Update I required some assistance and Irving the support agent was quick to answer my concerns and give me detailed guidance. I recommend this to app for everyone.

The app is great. Shipping times are ok as well. Also, they have exceptional customer support willing to do anything for you.

I use this app to support dropshipping in North America and my customers are very satisfied with the quality products and the delivery times. They also have a very supportive customer service.

It is a very good app and so happy I found faster shipping for my store! Main issue with dropshipping is shipping times. But the prices on this app are sooo much more expensive, so if cost is not an issue than go for it but if you are just starting and need to budget, Aliexpress is a better option but once you have a stable income, I suggest switching to EPROLO!

The product quality and shipping times are much better than in other apps. 3.5-4 stars the coin system is confusing and unnecessary.

So far so good! I really recommend it to any dropshippers as it solves the issues that usually come with dropshipping such as a lack of branding, long delivery times and separate packages. I was unsure about it at first but I’m really happy with it so far.

So for the second time I was told by several days later by customer service that a product cannot be shipped using express after 3 orders were already placed. Why is there even an option to have something shipped express just to be told days later and it can’t be. I also had a customer place a order on 6/12 and there is still no tracking info available and customer service has not responded to my email. I would not recommend this app for electronics. Everything was going nice and smooth until recently and it’s quite frankly annoying.

Easiest way to source for trending products for your store. Best choice for dropshipping, fast fulfillment, cheaper express shipping. Excellent customer service which is always available to assist with promptness.

Really Made things easy for me after getting off a roller coaster. I love the product options and the choice selections.

This is my first time setting up a drip-shipping store but literally the in app instructions were so easy! After doing so much research Eprolo definitely is beating out all the other! Everyday I check their products they seem to get more and more!

First time using this app and it does as it says. Had my first sale and within 2-3 days processed the order and automatically fulfilled it. Faster shipping times, it's clear and easy to follow through. I'm very optimistic for my business now!

Hi I installed the app and liked the interface, i sent support a message just to see if they are responsive but so far didn't get an email back from them, this concerns me on moving on using them.

I searched for car accessories and absolutely every product I found with EPROLO, I also found it much, much cheaper on AliExpress. So, at least for me, it's totally useless. Uninstall.

If you enjoy giving refunds then this the app for you. If you don't like giving refunds then stay away from this app. 3 orders two late deliveries for refund. Yes they do have some good products but it's not worth dealing with customers who have not received their order for 30 days. They are pretty much a drop shipper too, when you order they have to wait for the company that actually has the product to ship it to them then they send it out to your customer. You might as well go with Alliexpress if you don't mind making your customer wait 25-30 days for delivery. Me, we don't operate that way our customers rely on us to deliver a product in a reasonable amount of time. Because of EPROLO my reputation on eBay and my store has suffered. I will never use another china distributor ever again. If you just do some research you will find some good distributors who are in the USA ProductPro for one, check them out. I said all that to say this, STAY AWAY FROM EPROLO if you care anything about your reputation.
