I would be very careful as they don't provide refunds for items that dont arrive to the customer and the provide false tracking numbers.

The App seems very easy to use and the fact they have detail descriptions for products saves a lot of time. I recommend this app to use.

This is the best Dropshipping app out there. Trust me, I have looked at them all. Not only is it free so it shipping. That is simply amazing. The best part, if you like any items from AliExpress, simply have them imported to Eprolo and receive all the benefits with a lower cost than Aliexpress. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Eprolo is where it is at. I love using the App. Its simple, understandable. I would like there to be more information in the details that matches the Shopify details, so I do not have to go in an manual edit each items. It is quite tedious.

Eprolo turned my store around from going out of business into making sweet Cha-Chings on the daily, while getting positive reviews from customers who got their products on time. But the best part is the customer service, easy to access and communicate with, they will find a solution for you, fast!

This app does not do what it states. It's express shipping times are always off and never on time! I have wasted so much money paying for express shipping. When you order a lot of items they either dont send it all or send you the wrong color. They will use your logo if you pay for it but the brand tags will be in each piece of item. You dont pay any monthly fee but there is levels, if you spend this much money you will go into the next level and get extra stuff such as free customized tape and all that, however that is fake! Everytime you get closer to reaching that level they will change the rules and move the free stuff to the next level. NOW THEY DONT EVEN SOURCE PRODUCTS! you have to do everything manually! You dont get full refund like you do in aliexpress. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

This app is great for automating your fulfillment and getting faster shipping times. They will even source new products for you and they offer a cashback program as well. I am highly satisfied with the service! Thanks

This app is so easy to use and the selection is vast. I also like how you can still source from Ali if need be. The fast shipping is awesome too!

I am new to drop shipping, but have done a lot of research prior. I loved the fact that Eprolo offers a much quicker alternative to shipping Ali products through their personal Express Courier with average pricing only being between $3-$8 for shipping within 5-7 business days vs telling a client they have to wait over a month to receive their product. I have been using this app for 2 weeks, but so far the customer service has been more then helpful and responsive regarding every detailed question and concern. Also please keep in mind, the immediate support/livechat is usually going to be easiest well after midnight depending on your time zone, which some people forget to factor in. However it works perfect for my unusual sleep schedule. I've still been trying to tweak a few things on my website, but should be up and running by tomorrow. Once I start getting orders in, I will update my review on transition process,, but felt the need to let other new shop owners know my experience and the level of assistance they have provided me with unlike other apps that I needed to disconnect from.

Great support. I contacted them with an issue I had of locating a product. They responded in a timely manner and located the product. Love their products, qualjty at decent prices.

This company is the best one by far! There have been a couple mishaps but they corrected them quickly. I highly recommend this company!

free app, has lots of items too choose from, have had issue with them taking products off after hard word of posting and descriptions, due to their lack of ability to sell the item.

Great app easy navigated and friendly customer services who are also very responsive. Delivery time is great and help me secure my orders due to the quick delivery. Had a small problem with delivery but Paul was great as usual and sorted it out very quickly UPDATE This company is in a downward spiral what I loved about it no longer applies. Messed up a lot of my order recently and are full of excuses as to why. One is the supplier sent the wrong item if that is the case why not contact me and make sure the customer is prepared to wait. Lack of communication when something does go wrong is and has destroyed a good reputation I had build up. When you complain about delays in order in which my customer had already got fed up waiting and cancelled there order it is tough they just tell when the order will be delivered or leaving the processing centre. I have stuck by this company but I feel my loyalty to them is not been appreciated. In the process of finding an alternative. I Was a great company and when it works it works well. I am out of pocket because of this company and asked to be refunded for the order that had problems and got an email to say that would happen but it has not and they have now refused to honour the email. The company is a joke

I wish I could rate bellow zero this APP is untrustworthy! My first 3 orders and they F**** up all of them the first one they couldn't source the product had to give a refund. the second one a costumer orders 2 cutlery sets and receives an a iron man phone case and the 3rd one is lost as never arrived! Paid for duck tape with my logo and they don't even bothered. This app is an insult and will ruin your name and company. Costumer service is slow and just buys time and wastes your time. DO NOT RECOMMEND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I am writing this a fellow seller to let anyone considering using this App to not do so. Entrusting my business to this APP, the products and shipping has been more than detrimental to my business and its reputation. I am unsure how I will truly recover from all of Eprolo's lapses. I trusted this APP for several reasons. I trusted that if Shopify offered it...then it was reputable. I regret not reading the reviews which is why I am truly taking the time to place this here for all to see and know. Please do not let this happen to you. Although the APP is wonderfully created and looks so very promising, please don't be fooled like I have been. The shipping times are horrendous, US expressing shipping truly is not available. You will not be informed of this until after you have placed the order, paid for express shipping and inquire as to why this order has yet to ship. Only then, will you be informed that they cannot ship your product expeditiously. You will be stuck with explaining to your customers, repeatedly apologizing and refunding more often than not. The tracking numbers they provide really lead to nowhere traceable. If it does finally show anything it will still say processing and the order is being prepared to be shipped. I will be transparent and tell you that out of 100 plus order only 2 people (that I can tell thus far) have received any items. One of those I had to fully refund, because the item they ordered came worn, tattered and stained. They stated that it literally looked used (baby anti roll pillow). When reaching out the company about concerns they or either non-responsive of half responsive and never fully address your issue. The use of this App has been a customer service nightmare for me. I am constantly met with inquiries about where the orders are, refund request, or tracking updates to which it is very difficult to provide because again the tracking does not lead anywhere. If I could give "zero" stars I would. I want you all to know about this. If you care about your business reputation (which I know we all do) be mindful of this app. We work hard to build our business, reputations and brands. We do not deserve to entrust a company such as this with our reputation only for promises to go unfulfilled. The only thing I can hope for at this point is that my service recovery works with my customers in an attempt to rebuild. This has truly cost me much more than money... Please learn from my experience and save yourself the head and heart ache. I am happy to show anyone all of my initiated refunds, complaints, etc... to help anyone that may need it...I truly hope this helps someone who is freshly starting out. Avoid this pitfall. When the process works it’s great and orders are generally delivered within 10 days, but when it goes wrong it’s really bad and leads to a very poor customer experience. The fast delivery with Express shipping can take up to 4 days processing before even shipping the orders out which leads to long delivery times. Have also had several missing and incorrect orders shipped to customers.
