I really hope I can talk to him again next time. The EPROLO application seems to be really good so far, it's only been a few hours since I downloaded it and I'm working with it. Do not use this supplier, not trustful at all. I ordered two products to test and in both products they screw it... one was not the right pattern and the other was not a correct size. I asked a refund and nothing till now. I already send them pictures that clearly shows they sent the wrong products and they keep not refunding me. Also the quality is very poor, they show photos that are not at all equivalent to reality. They dont care at all about their customers...if this was a test order i guess they should make all the efforts to keep clients...but if they do this in a test order , i can imagine in the future...

At first glance, instant dislike. I narrow the search to the apparel>shirts category and I've got a birdhouse (among other things) showing up at the top of the list. Horrible organization/UI. Also, photos are not optimized for mockups, and some products already have designs on them. Deleting.

Importing product from EPROLO to my store was very easy. Also their shipping method is very fast. Product pricing aslo good (compare to others supplier)

Eprolo has been very helpful, and has given us the opportunity to brand our product packaging, send out flyers to our customers as well as automatically manage order fulfilment in our Shopify store.

So far so great! I was using Aliexpress before so I was a little apprehensive about switching. But it's been great. Support has helped me make sure i understand everything, but Eprolo takes care of most of it and otherwise it's simple. I also love that there's many more shipping options on items for my store.
