The customer service is fantastic - always helpful and polite. Products are consistently delivered as described. They once accidentally shipped the same product twice, but that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The only area for improvement is the order processing time, but overall, great products!

Has been great so far, my only complaint is the processing times - I was expecting much faster shipping times, which is the case - however, I'm finding many of the packages are in processing for at least 3-6 days before the tracking information finally updates to show the package is now on route. This means that items are arriving in around the same timeframe as AliExpress which is a shame. However, the ease of use, the custom branding & more still makes this an excellent alternative to AliExpress - I will also say that Bella, my agent has been absolutely amazing throughout & helping with anything I could possibly need.

We had few difficulties with the transportation time what it took longer than i expected but in general the hoodie its absolutely amazing <3 ! thank you and i hope in the future you will improve your services as well as we trying to do <3

We are new to eprolo services as a company and all I can say is the customer service is by far excellent. I needed information on taking care of our payment to get branding going for the company website integration with eprolo. Now I emailed late after hours for help not thinking about a reply yet. But low and behold Ms Eve contacted me on Sunday her off day in order to assist me. She was thoroughly going through the proper process to get me to where I need to get. Very good dropshipping tool. I might completely switch from Dsers Fulfillment to EPROLO. The prices are fair and the agents are easy to communicate with.

Impressive dashboard and functionality. Customer support is good too but I would recommend a little work in supplier area, product reviews.Besides that, everything is good.

I like eprolo, the only issue is when waiting for my "For Beginners" membership I am still having to wait for a review and have been since I created an account with them. So I am unable to do any branding at all which is unfair and hard to understand. I wish they could fix this, rectify my account so I can start branding officially and also I am thankful for the help they give and how they communicate too. I am thankful for eprolo and will continue to use their services as I am comfortable with them. Hopefully I am able to have my account fixed too.
