I only just started using this app, but so far it is clean and fairly easy to set up! I had some issues with enabling the pop-up on my site at first. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and helpful! We got the issue resolved within 5 minutes. We'll see how it works out long term. :)

I just got the app. When I wanted to remove EcomSend branding, they immediately respond to my text in just a few seconds. I'm surprised how fast they were!

The quick help and the excellent support from Mig, was great and I can only recommend to everyone :)

Terrific customer service. Helped me remove their branding instantly. the app works beautifully. thank you so much! I was using SUMO previously for this same feature and didnt realise it wasnt even working with my new theme anymore.
