This app is easy to use, customer service replies questions promptly, the size of the pop-up window is suitable, and there are different functions to choose from.

It is an excellent service and very fast and good customer service. I will be using the app for a long time to come, every online store should have it.

I found Ecom Send help chat very helpful and useful! I had a problem that needed to solve but somehow was able to solve it myself still Elly gave me a link to an article that helped me lear even more.

Great customer service and easy to use app. Only wish they have the feature to send discount codes to customers after signing up for email list.
