I just downloaded this app and it looks and works great. It was very easy to navigate and set up whatever I needed. Due to my inexperience I ran into couple small struggles but everything was promptly solved by an amazing, kind and very responsive customer service representative, Donna. So far a happy camper here! I haven't expected much when I installed the app. Saw the "Powered by EcomSend" and thought, there's I have to pay for upgrade to remove that. But Dona resolved everything for me without any worries.
