Seems to be a very easy-to-use and fulfilling app for the Shopify store. Customer supports use templates to answer your message, which is normal but if you are seeking non-robotized communication you can be disappointed.

Very pleased with the app, it is easy to customise and the customer support is brilliant. I would recommend.
