So far the product has been good. We had an issue and Hoa responded in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue straight away. The app had enough functionality for us to really speed up the development our site that we were struggling before hand to implement.

Usefull app to allow customers to add products to other products while also deducting stock. Specifically usefull if you sell gift boxes and want customers to specifiy which products should be bought alongside the container product. Also very friendly and helpfull staff. Chat is almost always available.

Even with the free version, there is live chat available! I worked with Hoa and they were quick to respond to help me. I was very pleasantly surprised by this! This app was the only thing after hours of research that helped me easily add and customize dropdowns! I would recommend it to small businesses who want an easy solution for dropdowns/comment boxes without needing to spend a bunch of time adding custom code. Exactly what I needed!

Does exactly what I need it to do. It is very user friendly compared to other apps I have used which can be hard to understand. Lots of customisability and for a great price. I struggled with one thing and got help from someone called Net after emailing extremely quickly. Totally recommend.

I was looking for an app to add to my store allowing for some additional customization for my product pages. I came across Easify Product Options and am so glad I did! It is very simple to use and has many customization options which allowed me to get all of the details I needed for my store. Additionally, in any situation relating to an app, customer service is super important. Easify customer service is exceptional! They have gone above and beyond my expectations to help me get the customizations formatted the way I was thinking. I recently came across a Shopify app called Easify and my experience, especially with the support staff member Hoa, has been nothing short of exceptional. I installed the free version of Easify onto my Shopify store running on the Canopy 5.1.1 theme and encountered an error during the setup due to a specific configuration of my theme. Wanting to give the app a fair assessment, I reached out to their support team for assistance. In less than 10 minutes, Hoa had logged into my account as a collaborator and not only rectified the integration issue but also provided me with screenshots explaining what was done and how. This level of service, particularly for a free app, was truly surprising and something I am extremely grateful for. I haven't paid a dime for it yet, but the immediate and thorough support I received has convinced me that I will definitely be upgrading to a paid version soon. This app, with its incredible support, has genuinely easified my Shopify experience.

The App really is true to their name, Easify product options. For our store, we needed an app limiting customers to choose between X and Y options for a feature. Easify Product Options was the only app that allowed this quantity limit feature in checkboxes in a very simple way. Moreover, their support is outstanding. We had a theme conflict that caused issues with quantity limit being implemented correctly, but their team responded immediately and resolved the issues in less than a day. There's a good range of features for UI enhancements too, highly recommend this app.

This app is just what I was looking for. I tried and compared a few similar apps but came back to Easify Product Options based on ease of use, price, features and support. First class extension with support answering questions within minutes. It took me less than 10 minutes to setup the extension and to start building option. I have worked with many option set Apps over the years and this app had every feature you could imagine and they come as standard. One of the best option apps I have ever used with worldclass suppport.
