The help that you receive with this app is amazing. I am not tech savy and anytime I have an issue someone is always willing to help. Had some problem with pictures in product menu, but Lin from support team was great and solve that problem quite quick and also after my request sent me a video how I can solve this problem with some pictures. I wanted to be able to add a customization field for my product page. The app made it so easy! I was happy to see the customer entered data transfer to the cart. However, it didn't show on the customer's order confirmation email, nor on the email notfication to the store. HOWEVER, there is a fix for this in Easify's help section! They had great instructions on how to edit the code on the notfication emails. I did need help with one of them because my code wasn't matching their example so used their chat feature. They were super quick to respond. Viloette was awesome! She was so quick in email conversations, edited the code for me, and voila! It's perfect and just how I want it to be! Yay! the UI is crap, but works... until you realize you can only export your orders with the top plan... Hi Csinosan Store Owner, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with our app’s UI and the order export feature. Our support team did attempt to reach out to you personally to help resolve any issues, but we did not receive a reply. In case our message didn’t reach you, we want to clarify a few points: 1. Why order export with options is limited to our paid plan: Shopify, by default, doesn’t allow third-party apps to include custom option details in the standard order export. To get around this limitation, we had to develop our own specialized order export function so you can access complete custom option information, something default Shopify export would otherwise leave out. Although it may seem simple, it does require significant development and ongoing maintenance to work seamlessly. Many similar product options apps don’t offer this feature at all and often suggest using a separate specialized order export app, which can also incur additional costs. With Easify, you can get both product options and an order export feature in a single solution, which can be more convenient and help avoid potential app conflicts. 2. More value in our paid plans: Beyond the order export functionality, our paid plans unlock a range of valuable features designed to enhance your store’s performance. For instance, our new Premium plan introduces an advanced Product Personalizer, offering live previews of selected options directly on product images. This feature helps customers visualize their choices, improves user experience, and can boost conversion rates significantly. Given the products in your store, this functionality could be extremely beneficial. We hope you’ll reconsider giving Easify a chance in the future. I have tried 10+ custom options app and this app is the best: ease of use, organization of option sets, conditional logic based on app options OR shopify variants, etc. I was picky about the way the buttons were appearing in my site and Lich on their customer service team was absolutely fantastic to work with. The app is awesome!!! IT doesn't have that annoying watermarks and also the team is the most supportive, fast and kind people I've ever met in an app. 100% recommended!!!
