Easify helped me present a pretty gnarly set of customizations, options and add-ons (some free, some that involve upcharges, some that require file uploads) in a way that's really attractive and intuitive. The different ways of presenting options, and especially the use of conditionals to only reveal extra stuff when necessary, were game changing for my store. I was extremely happy to learn that they offer fast, friendly support 24x7 -- way better/more than I expected. When I set up something wrong with my shipping settings, Violette was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, getting me back on track lickety split! I have had a few issues with this app such as how add ons are displayed in a cart, how they are displayed at check out and how addons are presented in bundles. The cart issue was fixed very quickly. The checkout is not something they can change but it is not a big deal. We are working on the bundles issue. I have been helped by Ann, Lin, Violette and Lich. They have all been extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and they have addressed all my issues within minutes of them being raised. Superb service!! I found this app very good to add some extra options to my product page. I use it to let the customer add gift wrapping to a product and add a personalized note like Happy birthday! :) Did not expect to have so many options and conditionings, very versatile. Had a little problem with personalizing the colours directly from the dashboard of the app, but the support was very helpfull and quick to help me and make the changes i wanted.
