Can be glitchy sometimes, but makes up for it with a very useful free plan and FANTASTIC 24 hour customer service. I've never had an issue that wasn't solved by their customer service almost instantly. They're always on-call through chat. Support member Lena not only answered my DSers question, but even helped me with Shopify stuff! Amazing!!! Thank you <3

I LOVE having personal, fast, and effective assistance. Please never change your assistants, who are very helpful, to robots. In my case, Colleen helped me, and this person was very kind and quick to solve my problem. Thanks to AliExpress and DSers for having such a fast and efficient support team.

There are some features that could make the process easier to use, but overall has made the process (for a beginner) pretty smooth with some time and effort put into it of course. Their customer service reps have always been a huge help to me as well and reply fast and seem to be more knowledgable than typical service reps on other websites.
