There are some features that could make the process easier to use, but overall has made the process (for a beginner) pretty smooth with some time and effort put into it of course. Their customer service reps have always been a huge help to me as well and reply fast and seem to be more knowledgable than typical service reps on other websites.

Holly gave excellent answers to all my question. She responded quickly and knows exactly what to do.
