I really struggled to connect my paypal with my dsers account and had been trying all day, I contacted one of the team members through the facebook chat button. I don't usually use it as I found it confusing and I am usually asked to do things I have no idea how to do! Catalina was such a great help and did everything for me in less than 1 minute. Great service, thanks to Ruby for helping me out, nontheless, the problem DSERS had of not making some orders was really bad, i made some orders and they all worked, but then i realize that the order has been made but i had no tracking number on them, so when i check it its bc dsers didnt made the order to alixpress, without telling me.
