Ruby is the best support member of the famous and fabulous DSERS applications which i recommand to all dropshippers far from Oberlo or Dropify which are too expensive nowadays.

Great app, I can get my orders done so quickly, I can send out tracking emails automatically, it is perfect. Mapping can get tricky, but customer service reps like Ruby are so helpful. I love this app 10/10 reccomend.

J'ai utilisé DSERS pour traiter une commande, et j'ai eu BRUNA qui m'a assisté sur tout le processus de traitement jusqu'au paiement. Ma commande avait échoué, le mapping était incomplet, Bruna m'a guidé avec des explications très concises; les réponses étaient précises et moi qui ne comprends pas vite, je n'ai eu aucune difficulté avec les explications de Bruna. Je la trouve super efficace et c'est super, en tant que débutant de pouvoir etre aidé comme ça. Merci encore à BRUNA pour sa disponibilité et toute l'aide qu'elle m'a apportée. eric

I asked help from their service for many times at different times via messenger and they have been very cooperative and helpful. I am using the free version. A big thank you to Veronica, Niki and Meena for their help and patience with me! I am a beginner and they were kind to me.
