This app helps me to semi-automate the process of fulfilling orders on aliexpress. It is very useful, but more importantly, their customer service and support is excellent. I received support from two different people named Barrett and Chris. They replied to me emails super fast, gave me clear and concise answers, and even provided me with screenshots of certain menus with arrows showing me where to go and what to press. Really good experience. I also got help from a guy named Sebastian. They helped out very well and showed excellent service.
