I've done a sell, but I made a mistake in shopify. Seconds before Niki from support service was so helpful solving my problem!

I have tried other dropshipping systems but I have to say that DSers is pretty advanced! I had imported items with another system so I lost the connection but Krystal was super helpful in teaching me how to do that. Very patient and very nice!

I am liking it so far, Catalina was a big help in answering my questions! I will be importing products from this app often!

I switched from another app to DSers and am feeling very satisfied so far. Great customer service by Ruby guiding users step-by-step. Easy mapping function for supplier substitute. The only error I've encountered was a payment error after the order was placed on Aliexpress. If this happens to you, just clear browser cookies and it should be good to go.
