The customer support is next level brilliant. However I feel the pricing within DSer is slightly confusing. Even if you select product synchronisation with another country all prices are in US dollars. Be aware of this with pricing items in your store if not trading in US dollars.

I gave Colleen 5 stars because she came on the chat to help me about 2 hours ago. She was so patient with this 70 1/2 year lady. She answered all of my questions. My email, password had to be reset. My account had to be reconnected with AliExpress & DSers. She did a great job!

Note: I saw some few bad reviews before about price changing which me afraid a little bit, but after I checked the app, I believe people are not aware that many items have "welcome deal" which means the first time you buy the item you will have a big discount but the 2nd time it will much expensive so we just need to see the original price when pricing our products

I was so stress with AutoDS customer service. I wasn't treated well. I then decided to learn more about Dsers as it is also a great fulfilling platform as I already have suppliers. Before I sign up, I jumped on messaging support via Facebook, Ralla has been absolutely amazing, went into greater details for me. It has been extremely helpful, especially for someone who is in researching and starting up pace for the business, Ralla has been very patience and understanding. I now considering jumping into upgrading with a bigger plan, so I can connect multiple stores with Dsers and start hitting the ground running. Thanks for your great support :)
