I just worked with Raphael and they were phenomenal! We troubleshot some issues with Payment and linking to AliExpress accounts and walked through everything with helpful screenshots along the way. SO happy to work with DSers and have a live, step-by-step process :) So happy & relieved :)

I gave Colleen 5 stars because she came on the chat to help me about 2 hours ago. She was so patient with this 70 1/2 year lady. She answered all of my questions. My email, password had to be reset. My account had to be reconnected with AliExpress & DSers. She did a great job!
