Customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They always manage to solve every problem I have has and are very responsive. Easy integration with Shopify and even better importing of products. Fulfilling orders are very straight forward. No complaints from me. Highly recommended!

Never had any problems with DSERS and it worked A+ all the time. Today I had a little problem of orders not going through but the problem was on aliexpress side not on dsers. The Support agent Rona helped me get around that problem. Really nice and instant customer support incase something happens (very rarely)

great I really liked the application it helps order processing a lot, it makes my life easier, processing is very fast and I have a tip to improve order processing with upsell, put the option to filter customers with 2 orders or more
