Kate was very professional. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. I missed more than a few of our planned calls and yet she was very understanding. she followed up with me but was never pushy. She took the time to customize the theme of my search still within the trial period. I wish every sales person was like this.

Really Easy to use and install. Has lots of handy features and looks smart. It was all set up for me and the support provided was very helpful.

Really helps sort through large catalogs of items, which has been great. Only used for a month so far, but this app definitely is well designed.

Awesome search tool for my Shopify store. There's a lot of smart technology built into the search engine, and a lot of flexibility to adjust what shows up (and what doesn't show up) when your customers search your site. Way more feature-packed than I was expecting.

DooFinder has been a massive improvement in our search bar. It provides great image-based results, with lots of suggestions to help customers find what they are looking for. I use the stats on what customers are looking for to quickly improve listings and information, as well as what new items to add. The staff at DooFinder were extremely helpful and trained me on using the app. Rocco went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success!

Andrew helped me out majorly in understanding how to use the app and made it seamless and painless. Really great search app. It does so much more than just provide a search for the customer. It also has a powerful analytics functionality. Although slightly complicated to learn, only because of the depth of function, the customer service is EXCELLENT. Our account rep Nick is easily reachable, in fact, he reaches out weekly until you don't need him anymore. I highly recommend Doofinder.
